Entries are now open for the DASC CLUB 400m GALA 2024 – TUESDAY 14^th January 2025 Dolphin Centre, Darlington. (LEVEL 4 – 4NE250262)

Programme of Events

Session 1 – 6:30pm Warm up and 7:00pm Gala Start

• Mixed 400m Freestyle (Top, A1 and A2 at the Coach’s discretion)
• Mixed 400m IM (Top, A1 plus if spaces are available any swimmers in A2 at the Coach’s discretion)

Meet Conditions

1. The Dolphin Centre, Darlington – 8 lane, 25m pool with Omega electronic timing system.
2. Single club competition restricted to club squads and age as specified in SE Regulations – no minimum age.
3. Entry fee £2 per event.
4. No qualifying times apply
5. Events are restricted to some squads.
6. Events as listed.
7. Ages at 14^th January 2025.
8. Age groups for awards are 10/under yrs, 11&12yrs, 13&14yrs, 15/over yrs
9. Entries and results compiled using Sportsystems meet management software.
10. Referee’s decision is final.
11. Closing date for entries 7^th January 2025.
12. Seeded heat start lists will be produced prior to start of the session. Any withdrawals to be notified by 5.45pm.
13. Over the top starts will be used during the meet at the discretion of the referee. Swimmers will be requested to remain in the water until asked to leave the pool.
14. Results will be published on the club website https://www.darlingtonasc.co.uk/

Any points not covered above will be at the discretion of the Meet Manager (Clare Wheeler). Referee’s (Shirley Sharp) decision is final.
